A. When you use the services on JJDownthestreet.com, or any of Joe and Jane Down the Street’s mobile sites, applications, API, software, downloads, RSS and other services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you, the user, and Joe & Jane Down the Street, the provider. Portions of these Terms of Service may be altered at any time; and the effective date will be posted. You have the responsibility of staying updated to any changes to our service terms; and to read these terms prior to each use of our site. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any changes in our Terms of Service.

B. When you create an account with us and/or register to participate in our services, you will be required to provide your login credentials and e-mail address; and select a password. You agree that the information provided to us by you is your own; is wholly accurate; and does not impersonate another person or use their credentials for the purposes of misrepresentation and fraud. Further, you will not use login credentials that in our opinion are offensive. Breaches of these Terms of Service will result in the immediate termination of your account. By participating in any of our services, you are representing that you are over the age of 13. Any fraudulent, assaultive, or illegal activity by you will lead to the termination of your account; and acting on our discretion, we may refer you to law enforcement.

C. In our communications with the users of our services, we reserve the right to send electronic mail to you for the purpose of reporting changes to the services. Provided that it does not disclose personally identifying information about our users, Joe & Jane reserves the right to share information about demographics and user engagement with our services to third party affiliates.

D. Subscribers to our services can terminate their account at any time by sending an e-mail to: cancel@jjdownthestreet.com. Your address will be deleted from our subscriber e-mail notices; and subscriptions to our paid digital products will be deactivated within 5-business days.

E. If you believe that work appearing in the services provided by Joe & Jane Down the Street has infringed upon your claim of copyright, please immediately report what you believe the infringement to be as soon as you become aware of it. You may notify us here: copyright@jjdownthestreet.com.
In your correspondence, please provide the specific material and its location on our services.

F. These Terms of Service shall be enforced in accordance with California state law. Any action by Joe & Jane Down the Street to protect and enforce the terms of its services, copyrights, trademark and service mark will be filed in the federal and/or state courts in the City of Los Angeles.
